The 2nd XI crowned off a successful campaign in 2009/2010 with a 2-1 victory over Chester Nomads in the Garrison Cup Final. Goals from Johnny Shields and James Robbins were enough to secure the win despite conceding a late goal to ensure a nervous finish.

Skipper Nick Okell said “It is remarkable that we even won a game at all this season, never mind a trophy considering I was in defence and Bobbins was up front”
